The Relaxation Muscle

    The term muscle is used to imply that just as we have the ability to move by trying to move we have some ability to relax by simply taking the time to try and relax.   If one has difficulty relaxing so it is useful to watch for whatever is causing the problem.  Pessimism and worrying often is the cause of stress so displacing the pessimism by trying to feel optimistic can help one relax.

    Sometimes going on a walk and trying to be happy makes it easier to relax.
