The Loser

One of these runners will come in last place and a few may not finish the race at all.  Should they be judged as inferior people with less will power and less dedication than the winner?  The truth is that although the course is the same for each of these runners each one of these runners has different obstacles confronting them because each of their bodies is different.  Some have more natural talent than others.  Some had more obstacles in the way of training.  Some will have a bad day today and some a good day.  To some running is more important than to others.  When we compare ourselves to other people we should remember that we are all running a different race.
