Those moderates turned out not to be so moderate.

In the video below, a former Muslim explains how radical
Muslims will pretend to be moderate to the media. This Muslim attended the

Many people in the West know some Muslims
who they consider to be nice friendly people including me. Maybe they are

Peter Hammond, author of
Slavery, Terrorism and Islam was invited to lecture on "Slavery - The Rest
of the Story" at three university campuses in Minnesota. He wrote:
"After numerous students claiming that Islam was always
peaceful and tolerant, that no Muslims take these Jihad verses literally,
and hat no one who participates in terrorism or violence could possibly be a
true Muslim, I asked one student whether she regarded Osama Bin Laden as a
true Muslim or not. "Of course he is a Muslim" came her response.
"Even though Osama Bin Laden has planned and organized terrorist attacks
which have led to the death of thousands of American civilians, do you
recognize Osama Bin Laden as a Muslim?" Yes, of course he is a
Muslim." She asserted. "We cannot judge him!" agreed other Muslim students.
Uniformly, the large group of Muslim students nodded their heads and agreed
and verbally asserted that of course Osama Bin Laden was a true Muslim.
Then I questioned them concerning the Al Qaeda suicide
bombers. "Are the suicide bombers true Muslims?" Incredibly
these Muslim students defended the suicide bombers, not only in Israel, but
in England as well! They claimed that because of what Israel had done
in occupying the West Bank, and Gaza, the suicide bombers were justified in
blowing themselves up in order to kill as many Jews as possible.
"But what about the civilians in London?" I asked.
"Surely you cannot support suicide bombing in London?" Yet, the Muslim
students persisted in defending the suicide bombers, even in London,
asserting that England was "a Crusader state!" and that I deserved to die
because I was "a white male!"
After so many passionate assertions of how Islam is
only peaceful, and always tolerant, and that they never support violence or
terrorism, it was shocking to those present to hear those very same Muslims
passionately defend Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda's terrorism and suicide
bombers, including those who attacked the commuters in the London
There are several lessons from Peter
Hammond's experience. The first is that Muslims with extremist views claim
that Islam is peaceful, the second is Muslims with such views are not limited to
a few terrorists and the third is that Muslims rationalize false justifications
for the actions of other Muslims. The justification that Israel is
occupying the West Bank ignores the fact that the West Bank is Judea and Samaria
and that the Jews lived their long before Muslims conquered the area.
Likewise Jews had a long history in Gaza before the Arab occupation of Gaza.
Israeli military action in those areas was always in response to Muslim
aggression. Muslims commit aggression and then when their victims defends
themselves use that as justification for terrorism.
When we see images of Muslims
burning American flags and hear stories of them firing at American troops or
killing civilians with car bombs it is easy to get the impression that the vast
majority of Muslims are radical madmen. When we see pictures of Sudanese
with Machetes calling the death of a teacher because she allowed the children in
her class to call
a Teddy Bear Muhammad we think the same. Is this true?
Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis, a student from
Bangladesh studying in the United States, told a friend Jim Dow, that he didn’t
think Osama bin Laden was behind the 9/11 attacks because a true Muslim wouldn’t
commit such acts. Quazi was
caught trying to blow up the Federal Reserve.
The Palestinian Authority which
supposedly represents the moderate peace loving Palestinians as opposed to
glorifies terrorists who kill babies and children. Does this mean that
the vast majority of Muslims are radical madmen? There is an an
excellent movie called Obsession
which has frightening clips of radical Muslims. Several of the people
interviewed for the movie stress that the vast majority of Muslims oppose terror.
Charles Jacobs is one of the men who created the film
Losing Our Sons about Carlos Bledsoe raised by a church going family who was
sent to Tennessee State University where he was converted by radical Imams.
Carlos killed a soldier at Little Rock Arkansas. Charles Jacobs
said in an interview that:
People who claim to be moderate muslims
can easily be found out just by doing some googling mostly that they say one
thing to your face and then behind your back... you know to your face it's
Abrahamic brothers and religion of peace and
to your back it's kill the Jews Christianity is theological filth, you can't
become an American here, we have to take over. So people are being
fooled and I think that often they want to be fooled.
Muslim apologists tell us that Jews
lived together peacefully with Muslims in the past and it is only once the
Zionists created Israel that the problems began. This gives the impression
that Muslims are moderate and it's just the Zionist conflict that creates the
problems. Here is a passage I came across in a book called Palestine at
the Cross Roads by Ladislas Farago that tells a different story. Ladislas
wrote down want Yaakow, a Yemenite news vendor told him.
"In Yemen we were a small group living in the
most pitiful condition in entirely Arab surroundings. At that time
there were some 60,000 Yemenite Jews in the country. For the last
2,000 years our religion had not changed and was as strictly orthodox as it
had been in Jerusalem when the Temple stood. Just as we clung fast to
our religious laws, so are also the Arabs of Yemen the most religious
community in the Arab world. They observe the words of the Koran,
which say of unbelievers: "If thou meetest unbelievers strike off their
heads until thou hast made a great slaughter amongst them." For the
pious Arabs we Jews were the unbelievers, and they persecuted us in
obedience to this commandment. We were not allowed to ride on camels,
mules or asses, and had always to make our weary way on foot in the sun's
heat. Our houses in the town and in the villages had to be built lower
than the lowest Arab house. If an Arab killed a Jew he could gain his
freedom just by claiming that the Jew had insulted his religious feelings.
We were the artisans in the country, we had our own streets where we alone
lived, and we achieved a certain art in our work. The Arabs watched
our activities with jealous thoughts, and when they saw the masterpieces
that left our hands they accused us of conspiring with the devil. Our
lives became still more unbearable."
an article in the
Daily Pennsylvanian (1/21/05) Daniel Pipes
"guesstimated" that the group that he terms "radical
Islamists" comprises approximately 10 to 15 percent of the Muslim
population. This guesstimate is probably low, a survey which showed that
roughly 14% of Muslims in France, Britain and Spain approved of suicide attacks
against civilian targets,
25% of Muslims in Britain approved of the July 7, 2005 jihad
terror bombings in London and 30% said they would rather live under Sharia than
in a Western pluralistic society. Radical Islamist doesn't mean a Muslim
who dislikes the United States, that number according to Pipes is much larger.
After Pipes game his speech, university of Pennsylvania Muslim Student
Association president, Amir Memon said:
"He stigmatized the Muslim community in a way that we are not,
reveals that many Muslims are militant and radical and that's not the

It's also interesting that the
complaints about accusations of radicalism come
from the MSA president since the MSA has a history of radicalism. The
radicalism of the MSA is well illustrated by the commencement ceremony at the
University of California at Irvine on June 19, 2004 during which the
university's Muslim Student Union (MSU) and Society of Arab Students (SAS) wore
green arm bands with the word shehada (martyrdom) printed on the side to express
their support of Hamas and suicide bombings against Israeli citizens. (The

are 1.2 billion Muslims in the world. If Daniel Pipes is right there are
about 12.5% * 1.2 billion = 150 million radical Islamists. The population
of the United States in 2007 was estimated to be 302,612,000. So that
would mean that the number of radical Islamists equal about half the U.S.
population. Daniel Pipes explained in the film
Obsession that the number of anti-American Muslims is much greater than 10
to 15%. which implies that the number of Muslims who hate the United States
exceeds the U.S. population.
How can we determine how radical or Muslims are?
One way is by assessing the level of Jew hatred among Muslims. Jews are
canary in the coal mine. According to the Pew Global
Attitudes Project released on August 14, 2005, high percentages of the
populations of six Muslim-majority countries have negative views of Jews. To a
questionnaire asking respondents to give their views of members of various
religions along a spectrum from "very favorable" to "very unfavorable", 60% of
Turks, 74% of Pakistanis, 76% of Indonesians, 88% of Moroccans, 99% of Lebanese
Muslims and 100% of Jordanians checked either "somewhat unfavorable" or "very
unfavorable" for Jews.
One way we can determine
how moderate or radical Muslims are, are by the number of rallies against terror
by Muslims after 9/11. The only one that I am aware of took place in
Washington D.C. on 5/14/05. Only
50 people showed up. At the march a Muslim speaker warned about the
threat of Iran's radical Islamic regime to the West. He said:
The Islamic regime’s rapid deployment of nuclear weapons has also become a
huge and looming threat to the world.
in a speech that discussed
this terrifying threat asked why, when a Muslim boy saws off an infidels
head, the Muslim world doesn't condemn this? The lack of condemnation of
radical action is an indicator that the Muslim world is either terrified of the
extremists among them or is mostly extremist and mostly condones such actions.
Another way we can determine how moderate or
radical Muslims are is from opinion polls.
A question such as do you support terrorism is not a good way to find out how
radical they are however because what we see as acts of terror many Muslims see
as legitimate acts of resistance and Muslims in Western countries have an
interest in appearing moderate. A question such as do you support Osama
Bin Ladin if asked in Arab countries is a better way to measure radicalism. A
poll conducted in Saudi Arabia in January 2002 revealed
that 95 percent of educated Saudis between the ages of 25 and 41 support Osama
bin Laden (Harper's
Magazine web site) According to an opinion
poll conducted by the Pew Research Center for release in March 2004, Osama
bin Laden, is viewed favorably by large percentages in Pakistan (65%), Jordan
(55%) and Morocco (45%). Even in Turkey, where bin Laden was highly unpopular at
the time of the poll, as many as 31% said that suicide attacks against Americans
and other Westerners in Iraq are justifiable. Ben Shapiro wrote an article
"The Myth of the Tiny Radical Muslim Minority" with poll results from many
countries that indicate that Muslim radicalism is rampant.
reported that according to a Pew report 1/3 of US Muslims Support Al Qaeda
and Suicide Bombs. 25% of Muslims came to the United States during
the Bush and Obama administrations.
ISIS is a terrorist army that has
brutally murdered infidels across the Middle East. A poll in France
found that 16% of Frenchmen support ISIS. 5 - 10 % of the population
of France is Muslim. The Obama administration's plan to defeat ISIS
involveds arming the Syrian Free Army. Apparently he sees them as
moderate. The problem with that moderate theory is the Syrian Free Army
kills Christians and has fought with ISIS in the past. Murdering
Christians is a good indicator of Islamic radicalism. Deluding oneself
that one has Muslim allies and so doesn't need one's own soldiers to fight
results in one's arming one's enemies which is what the U.S. under Obama is
American mosques are financed and run by Wahhabis. Wahhabi imams are
anything but moderate, hence most of religious leaders are radicals.
So-called "civil rights" groups, i.e., CAIR, MPAC, ICNA, MAS, etc. that
comprise Muslim establishment are nothing more than offshoots of the Muslim
Brotherhood and fronts for Hamas and al-Qaeda. They are very well financed
and are extremely skilful manipulators of the media. And most of the people
in government and media truly believe that those groups are moderate,
because they are either too lazy to do research or they choose to ignore
openly proclaim their agenda of Islamic domination in front of Western
audiences. They are gradually taking over the West. Some countries in Europe
(France, Britain, Germany, etc.) are partially ruled by Sharia law, and even
up in Canada, there is talk about Sharia courts for Muslim communities.
Their strategy is very simple. They constantly claim that they are peaceful
and moderate, and Western media is more than happy to repeat that nonsense.
They do not praise terrorism in public, but they justify it by playing the
Muslim victimhood card. And they are very effective at it.

Pew Research Center pollreleased in May 22, 2007 was titled,
Muslim Americans, Middle Class and Mostly Mainstream. Although their title
reveals their conclusion if one examines their results that conclusion becomes
questionable. If we keep in mind that paranoia is an indicator of Islamic
radicalism the following Pew statement is frightening:
Relatively few Muslim Americans [40%]believe
the U.S.-led war on terror is a sincere effort to reduce terrorism, and many
doubt that Arabs were responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Just 40% of Muslim
Americans say groups of Arabs carried out those attacks.
If the Arabs didn't do it who did? Israel?
The American Government? If the U.S. led war on terror is not an effort to
reduce terrorism what is it? A war on Islam? 60% of Muslims in
America appear to believe that. The Pew poll found that 15% of Muslims
Americans under 30 believe that suicide bombings can be justified in defense of
Islam. If 60% of Muslims believe that America is at war with Islam and 15%
believe that suicide bombings are justified to defend Islam then there is
a serious threat from the American Muslim population. Robert Spencer pointed out in Frontpage
magazine that the fact that 13% of Muslims who admitted to supporting suicide

According to the Pew poll 59% of
Muslim Americans believe that the government should do more to protect morality
in society. What morality, Muslim Morality? Saudi Arabia and
Afghanistan have Islamic police who enforce Muslim morality is that what they
want in the United States? Clearly the Pew poll did not clarify issues
that need clarifying.
Another poll that was reported
as proving the moderation of Muslims did clarify this.
Ihsan Bagby of the Institute for Social Policy Understanding, a
group did a poll (pdf
) titled "The Detroit Mosque Study: Muslim Views on Policy and Religion."
On page 37 of the report is this:
Mosque participants were asked, whether they
agree or disagree with the statement, "Shari'ah should be

If accurate, this is extremely
disturbing. It means, in effect, that most survey
participants oppose democracy in Iraq and elsewhere in the
Islamic world, and want to see Sharia oppression of women
and non-Muslim Dhimmis instituted throughout Muslim lands...
I don't see 81% supporting
Sharia as moderate. Sharia law contains
numerous provisions that deny tenets of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Conversion from Islam is punishable by

way can be found for Israel to exist so that the rights and needs of the
Palestinian people can be taken care of,” compared with 16% who say that the
rights and needs of Palestinians cannot be taken care of as long as Israel
exists. That means that at least 16% believe that Israel must not exist.

Daniel Pipes in an article titled British

the results and wrote:
is hard to say which is the most alarming of these many worrisome statistics,
but two stand out. That less than three-quarters of Muslims in Britain

grave doubts about the Blair government’s tactic of getting Muslims to
police their own community. That one-third of Muslims do not accept British

Nazir-Ali's essay only bolstered his thesis. "The irony is that I had
similar threats when I was a bishop in Pakistan," he noted, "but I never

counterarguments, not by trying to silence people. It was a threat not just
to me, but to my family. ... It gave me sleepless nights."
Daniel Pipes has written several articles evaluating the extremism of Islam, one
such article is titled
American Muslim Terrorists? and appeared in frontpagemag.com 12/12/05.
Another more recent article by Daniel Pipes (Trouble

facts include that 13% of British Muslims regard the Muslims who blew themselves

Everywhere, The Washington Post
reports, Muslims cheer bin Laden on "with almost a single voice." The
Internet buzzes with odes to him as a man "of solid faith and power of
will." A Saudi explains that "Osama is a very, very, very, very good
Muslim." A Kenyan adds: "Every Muslim is Osama bin Laden." "Osama
is not an individual, but a name of a holy war," reads a banner in Kashmir.
In perhaps the most extravagant statement, one Pakistani declared that "Bin
Laden is Islam. He represents Islam." In France, Muslim youths chant bin
Laden's name as they throw rocks at non-Muslims.
Palestinians are especially
enamored. According to Hussam Khader, a member of Arafat's Fatah party,
"Bin Laden today is the most popular figure in the West Bank and Gaza,
second only to Arafat." A 10-year-old girl announces that she loves him
like a father. Nor is she alone. "Everybody loves Osama bin Laden at this
time. He is the most righteous man in the whole world," declares a
Palestinian woman. A Palestinian Authority policeman calls him "the
greatest man in the world & our Messiah" even as he (reluctantly)
disperses students who march in solidarity with the Saudi.
What about the United
States. What do Muslims in the United States feel toward Bin Laden?
baffles the mind to watch American Muslim leaders waffle over condemning Bin
Laden as a terrorist who is misappropriating Islamic ideals and incriminating
Islam in his campaign of terror...
The only reason why there is
no explicit condemnation of Bin Laden by major Muslim organizations, who have
recently condemned American bombing of Afghanistan, is perhaps their fear of
losing support with the constituency that they seek to serve. They fear that
if they condemn him, even as a matter of self/public interest (maslaha in
Islamic law) they will be perceived as taking sides with America in this war
between America and Islam.
If Muqtedar is right, than the
American constituency is pro bin-Laden.

I haven't come across public opinion poll results about adoration of bin Laden, the results of a Hamilton College
survey of American Muslim attitudes shed light on the subject:
Asked if Osama Bin Laden's Al
Qaeda network was responsible for the attacks, 44 percent offer no opinion; only
a third blamed Al Qaeda. Forty percent describe the U.S. worldwide
response to 9-11 as a "war on terrorism," but a third see it as a
"war on Islam." Half believe that U.S. military action in
Afghanistan was justified, 43 percent disagree... In contrast, only 18 percent
of respondents to a CNN/Gallup survey of nine Muslim countries thought that
Arabs (a category which presumably would include Al Qaeda operatives) carried
out the attacks.

they believe Osama bin Ladin was behind the attack on the United States doesn't

Is the belief of 80% of
British Muslims that the war on terror is a war on Islam paranoia? If the
intent of the United States and Britain were to fight a war with Islam
would they allow Muslims to continue living in their countries? Would Bush

warring with Islam why did they fight on behalf of the Muslims against the

to make war against Islam.
So why do 80% of British

Melanie Phillips in an
article titled Britain's Lengthening Shadow, 2/7/2006 wrote:
So now we can see the true extent of Muslim
moderation in Britain. The Times today published the results of
Populus poll of British Muslims, commissioned by a coalition
of Jewish community groups, which produced some truly terrifying
findings for Britain’s Jews:
Nearly two fifths (37 per cent) believe
that the Jewish community in Britain is a legitimate target
'as part of the ongoing struggle for justice in the Middle
East'. Moreover, only 52 per cent think that the state of
Israel has the right to exist, with 30 per cent disagreeing,
a big minority. One in six of all Muslims questioned thinks
suicide bombings can sometimes be justified in Israel,
though many fewer (7 per cent) say the same about Britain.
This is broadly comparable to the number justifying suicide
attacks in ICM and YouGov polls of British Muslims after the
July 7 attacks…
12 per cent of 18 to 24-year-old
Muslims believe that suicide bombings can be justified here,
and 21 per cent in Israel. A fifth of all Muslims, and a
quarter of men, say suicide attacks against the military can
be justified, though only 7 per cent say this about
other findings showed that 53% believed British Jews had
'too much influence over the direction of UK foreign policy',
and no fewer than 46% thought the Jewish community was 'in
league with Freemasons to control the media and politics'.
These are -- as has been the case in
previous similar polls -- horrifying figures which reveal that a
huge proportion of British Muslims are not ‘moderate’ by any
reasonable interpretation of the word. There are officially 1.6
million Muslims and only about 300,000 identifying British Jews.
If these findings are accurate – and this was a small poll of
500 Muslims – it would mean that around 600,000 British Muslims
believed Britain’s 300,000 Jews were a ‘legitimate target’.
Mockbul Ali, the
British Foreign Office's Islamic issues adviser recommended allowing the radical
Sheikh Yusuf al Qaradawi into the country because his views are shared by the

There are moderate
Muslim Americans born in Islamic societies that don’t support the
Islamist’s radical agendas. .. Where are their
voices? One reason few have publicly opposed the Islamist ideology that
dominates American-Muslim life is because the Islamist organizations, their
members and fellow-travelers employ threats of violence, economic pressure,
and foster shunning to intimidate and enforce conformity, isolating and
destroying independent-minded Muslims. It is incomparably worse throughout the
Islamic world, where independent Muslim thinkers are routinely murdered; their
body count in only the last few decades runs into the tens of thousands. One
hopes for the day when their work, and that of American-Muslim scholars like
Khaled Abou El Fadl, Radwan Masmoudi, Sohail Hasmi, Khalid Durán, and others
will find a larger audience and end the intellectual fossilization of Islam
and the war between Islam and democratic pluralism. But that day lies in the
distant future; our immediate responsibility is protecting America from the
Islamism that produced 9/11...

There is no question that Muslims terrorize other Muslims. In Gaza Hamas

of the questions I have heard asked is why Muslims in America are more moderate

why should we complain?’ British Muslims now have Sharia in areas of finance
